Many of our communities offer numerous personalization options for home designs, floor plans, and luxury finishes. Can I still personalize or make upgrades to my new home?
Home buyers have multiple floor plans to choose from with a wide variety of options to personalize various spaces throughout the home. Onsite Sales Consultants will guide you through the structural and design selection process. What is a quick move-in home?
Quick move-in homes are new homes in Toll Brothers communities that are either under construction or already complete. Our quick move-in homes reduce the time it takes to build a new home while often still allowing you to select many of the final fixtures and features. You can find all quick move-in homes in your desired location by searching by location and selecting "Only Quick Move-In Homes" at the top of your screen.
Do you have decorated model homes available for purchase?

Our architects create beautiful home designs that are specifically created for each region, so we cannot import home designs from other regions. There are also strict local regulations, building codes, and processes that vary greatly from region to region. Our Online and Onsite Sales Consultants can introduce you to the many amazing home designs that we offer in your area of interest. If you've just purchased your Toll Brothers home, you can work through the design process so that when you move in you will be able to enjoy your beautifully landscaped property immediately.
