In the event you receive treatment from an out-of-network provider, you might be
asked to pay up front and seek reimbursement from Henner.

If you received a medical service reimbursable by your Henner insurance policy, you must submit the following documents to Henner in order to be reimbursed:

You can send all those documents by e-claiming or to your Henner Client Services Team by post.
